We believe it is not our place to tell a person what size portraits they must purchase. You have the freedom to mix and match your poses and sizes any way you wish.

We do not limit you by offering set packages.

Sales & Payment:

Due to the custom nature of the work. Portrait payments are required before portrait orders printed. All sales are final, refunds are unavailable.

Remember though that - RedRock stands for Quality and we stand behind our work 100%. We will always be willing to discuss concerns and options.

Portrait Delivery:

Your portrait order will be ready for pickup in 3 to 7 business days of your payment. We will call you when your order arrives and schedule a date for you to pick-up your portraits.

Or

You can have your order mailed directly to your home for a Shipping & Handling fee. Mailed orders generally arrive in 2 to 5 business days.

Storage & Reordering:

We keep portraits on file for one year. RedRock's standard price lists are subject to change without notice; future orders will be charged at the prices in effect at that time. Reorders are subject to a $10 reorder fee.
