The two primary approaches to wedding photography that are recognized today are Traditional and Photojournalistic.
Traditional wedding photography: provides for more classically posed images and a great deal of photographer control and interaction on the day of the wedding.
Photojournalistic wedding photography: takes it's cue from editorial reporting styles and focuses more on candid and unposed images with little photographer interaction.
These are two extreme definitions of the fields and many of today's photographers will fall somewhere in the middle of these two styles.
Myself, I am a third style all together --for I combine Traditional & Photojournalism with Artistic flair that will capture the flowing energy of your special day.
A wedding is a one-time event and for this reason I only use professional Nikon equipment and throughout the day I will be alert and prepared for the unexpected. Shooting a Wedding is exhausting and invigorating experience that I wouldn't miss the opportunity to capture for the world. On this one day, a family is more alive with emotions then can be imagined and with each Wedding I photograph, I hope to capture many of these precious moments for a family to treasure for generations to come. |
