A Portrait Session is the time, I dedicate to you and your family to achieve exactly the style of portraits you wish. Each Portrait Session requires a Session Fee..The session/retainer fee is pre-paid for services rendered in preparation for, during, and after the session. A Typically a session is an hour long at one location.

I encourage you to have as many outfit changes as you wish and to bring along your friends & family to be photographed.

I encourage you to be open with ideas, bring along props, pets, or whatever else you wish to add personality to your portraits

Types of Sessions

RedRock Private studio: located in my home giving you a relaxed, comfortable, roomy, private environment. You will be the only one here allowing me to give you the attention to create the best portrait possible using my wide variety of backgrounds and props........... Cost: $50 includes free 8x10

In your home: I will bring the studio equipment required to create exactly the session you desire (backdrops, lighting, props, etc.) When I arrive at your home, please have an approximate 12x12 space available, with an available electrical outlet and an adequate amount of working room. Cost: $60 includes free 8x10

Outdoors: I will shoot at any one location you wish. However, if a permit or entry fee is required, you will be responsible for any costs involved in obtaining the permit/admittance. If the session is to take place outdoors, please be aware that your session may be rescheduled due to weather. Cost: $50 includes free 8x10 (A location example is: Botanical Gardens, Riverside Park, Old Towne Wichita)

Additional Mileage for on location: $0.99 a mile, the 1st 20 miles (roundtrip 40) from Wichita area is no charge.

Combination: of any 2 of the choices listed above, many families enjoy indoor and outdoor session combinations.............................. Cost: $75 includes free 8x10

The Cruise: this is an outdoor session within Sedgwick County, that moves from one location to another, randomly stopping to take advantage of unique locations seen along the way. Unlike other outdoor sessions, that are one location, this allows you to have many, many locations in one shoot. It typically takes about 2 to 2.5 hours to accomplish and you end up with over 100 proofs. The Cruise, is very Popular with High School Seniors. Cost: $80 includes a free 10x13 or Free 12 wallets (1pose)--If you would like to add a studio session to The Cruise it would only be an additional $25.

The Cruise can also be done in areas outside of Sedgwick County, however the additional Mileage charge from above would apply in reaching the area, not for The Cruise itself. For example: If you wanted to do your Cruise around Abilene KS, it would cost mileage to get to Abilene, but not for the session drive time.

The RedRock Viewing Bonus: I don't rush you as so many photography places believe they need to in this digital age. The day of your portrait session, that is all we will do is take your portraits. I will not force you to prepare yourself and your family for portraits spend an hour in front of a camera...and then have to sit down for a long sales speech

Your proofs will be placed on the Internet with a password within 1-3 days of your shoot.

You will have 7 days to design your portrait package, any orders placed after the 7 day deadline will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

You will get 30 to 90 proofs to view from your session.

You can view these in privacy of your own home and openly discuss them with family members as you share your password with them, allowing you to make an informed and comfortable decision before purchasing your portraits.

When you Email me please include: contact information, the date and time you have in mind, and a description of what type of portraits you are wanting to have taken.

• Session times vary depending on locations requested.
  Outdoor locations are typically shot in the morning or late afternoon when the sun creates the perfect light.
• Once your date is reserved, I will consult with you and go over the details of the session, determine your needs, and view the location of the shoot (if necessary).

I do understand that events happen in life which can sometimes interfere with pre-arranged plans. I am always available to reschedule your session if the need arises. I do ask, however, that you provide me with 48 hours notice so that I can make the time slot available to other clients.

RedRock has set aside your session time especially for you and you have provided a retainer in order to secure your date/time; however, failing to show up for your or contacting me regarding your scheduled time means that a portrait space has been left unfilled. As a result of the missed opportunity will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. However, when you contact me and reschedule your session, the fee floats along to the next session. I can reschedule you without penalties one time.
